The Raiders have signed TE Kevin Boss to a 4-year, $16 million deal. He’ll replace the departed Zach Miller. It’s a definite downgrade, but Boss is a under-rated TE who’s capable in the run-blocking and pass-catching departments. And from a fantasy perspective, it’s actually a slight upgrade for Boss. While he’s moving to a lesser offense with a lesser QB, he’ll see a lot more targets in Oakland than he did in New York. Meanwhile, the Giants are left with Travis Beckum and Ben Patrick at TE. They’ll likely split snaps, and neither guy figures to be a fantasy option.
