The Chiefs signed 1st-round WR Jon Baldwin to a 4-year contract. The lengthy Baldwin was originally slated to start opposite Dwayne Bowe. But Kansas City’s signing of Steve Breaston will likely push him down the depth chart. He has long-term appeal, but we’re not holding our breath that he’ll produce in year 1.
