It looks like the Raiders are getting one important weapon back in time for this weekend’s game, as kicker Sebastian Janikowski is listed as questionable but Jason La Canfora is reporting that the Janikowski is ready to kick on Sunday.
Janikowski has perhaps the strongest leg in the league. The Raiders face the Denver Broncos for the second time this season, and last time around, Janikowski tied the NFL record with a 63-yard field goal, which ended up being the difference in the game, as the Raiders won 23-20.
Both teams are in very different places now, including two new starting quarterbacks as Carson Palmer gets the start for the Raiders and Tim Tebow gets the start for the Broncos. It looks to be another close game, and Janikowski could once-again end up being the difference maker.
