As expected, Packers RB James Starks (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Lions. RB Ryan Grant isn’t expected to play much in the meaningless game. Look for RB Brandon Saine to lead the backfield in touches, with RB John Kuhn serving in his usual short-yardage role.
