Titans QB Jake Locker was impressive in the team's final preseason game, completing 15 of 17 passes for 132 yards and a TD. He added 39 yards and a score on the ground. The rookie finishes the exhibition slate with 316 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT. His 65.5% completion rate is better than any of his seasons at the University of Washington. It's obviously a small sample size against mostly 2nd and 3rd-stringers, but Locker is already showing improved accuracy. He remains our favorite long-term fantasy prospect among this year's rookie QB class. As for 2011, Matt Hasselbeck remains locked-in as Tennessee's starter.
