CBS Sports’ Rob Rang believes QB Jake Locker’s mobility makes him a perfect fit with the Titans. "Think about what the Titans do well," Rang writes. "They feature the ultra-athletic Chris Johnson on the stretch play. A quarterback capable of bootlegs and play-action off of Johnson’s runs will be successful." Good call. And with weapons like WR Kenny Britt and TE Jared Cook to work with, Locker could easily end up having the best career of any of this year’s rookie QBs.
