With the regular season now over and the focus shifting to the 2016 NFL Draft, we take a look at the top 250 prospects. Our first ranking includes only seniors and those underclassmen who have declared.
Headlining the first rankings is Oregon defensive lineman DeForest Buckner.
Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook is the top rated passer to date but whe quarterback rankings will change heavily as we expect Cook to end up being the 3rd or 4th rated draft eligible quarterback after the deadline to declare.
The top rated small school prospect is North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz.
