Ravens DL Haloti Ngata is active against the Browns today. He played less than his usual allotment of snaps against Houston 2 weeks ago and then sat out some practice time this week with a shoulder injury. Ngata is usable in IDP but should certainly be downgraded from his normal status. He's maybe a DL3.
