With Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora has been cleared to practice but the team doubts he will willingly take the field without coming to terms on a new agreement.
The Giants have made a new offer, according to reports by on NFL.com by Jason LaCanfora.
LaCanfora contends Osi would prefer a trade and that the new offer from the Giants is incentive based and puts a potential $400,000 to $1 million of new money in his wallet.
