Bills HC Chan Gailey announced that RB Fred Jackson will start the team’s 3rd preseason game. It looks like reports of C.J. Spiller taking over as the starter were a bit premature.
“Fred is a great player. We look forward to what he is going to do for us this year,” Gailey said. “He’s going to have a big part in our offense this year.”
Buffalo’s coaching staff must realize that Fred Jax is still this team’s most effective RB. This will still be a committee attack, but our money is on Jackson to finish with more touches and better fantasy numbers.
