Funeral services for Myra Kraft, the wife of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, were held Friday morning at Temple Emmanuel in Newton Centre, Massachusetts.
Much of the football world stopped for the day to pay their respects. The funeral was attended by NFLPA Executive Director DeMaurice Smith and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, along with former commissioner Paul Tagliabue. Also in attendance were current players Tom Brady, Vince Wilfork, Dan Koppen, Logan Mankins and Ryan Wendell and former players Tedy Bruschi, Rodney Harrison, Richard Seymour, Willie McGinest, Joe Andruzzi, Matt Chatham and Lawyer Milloy, as well as all 31 other NFL owners, according to WEEI Boston.
Myra Kraft died following an extended battle with cancer.
In lieu of flowers, the Kraft family has asked that donations be made in her name at the Myra Kraft Giving Back Scholarship Fund at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.
