Saints Quarterback Drew Brees has broken Dan Marino’s single-season passing yardage record. Brees had needed 305 yards to top Marino’s record of 5,084 yards.
In a third quarter touchdown pass to Darren Sproles, Brees brought his game passing yardage to 307, officially breaking the record. There is still one more regular season game to go so Brees can add to his new record.
