Raiders WRs Denarius Moore (ankle) and Jacoby Ford (foot) both missed their 2nd-straight practices on Thursday. Both guys were believed to have a good chance to return this weekend, but that’s looking iffy at this point. Darrius Heyward-Bey figures to serve as Oakland’s top WR in a plus matchup against the Packers Sunday.
