The Raiders have signed K Dave Rayner. He'll kick in place of the injured Sebastian Janikowski (hamstring) against the Chiefs on Sunday. Rayner hit on 13 of 16 FG attempts in 8 games with the Lions last year but has only made 73% of his kicks for his career. You should be able to do better for your starting K in fantasy.
