Jonathan Tamari of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Darryl Tapp is "almost certain" to start at RDE for the Eagles Sunday at Buffalo. Tapp was working in primarily behind Trent Cole to start the season but missed the past 3 games with a pectoral tear. Jason Babin has been the LDE starter all along. The matchup pits Tapp against Buffalo rookie backup LT Chris Hairston, with starter Demetrius Bell out. Hairston is obviously an unknown, but his presence has to give Tapp some IDP sleeper value.
