The Dolphins have placed RB Daniel Thomas (knee) on IR. The injury isn't believed to be serious, but it was enough to knock Thomas out for the season's final 2 games. He finishes his 2nd NFL season with an ugly 3.6 yards-per-carry average. That follows a 3.5 mark in his rookie campaign. While RB Reggie Bush will be a free-agent this offseason, Thomas has done nothing to prove capable of handling the starting job. We think rookie Lamar Miller could be Miami's lead back in 2013. We'll get to see a little more of him over the next 2 weeks.
