Dolphins RB Daniel Thomas underwent surgery after injuring his knee in mid-December. It sounds like it was a minor procedure, and Thomas is expected to be ready for OTAs. The injury cost him the final 2 games of a disappointing season. Thomas' 3.6 yards-per-carry average was 5th-worst among RBs with at least 100 totes. He also caught just 15 balls and fumbled 3 times. The top spot on Miami's depth chart will likely be open this offseason with Reggie Bush set to hit free-agency. But Thomas has done little to inspire confidence from the Dolphins or fantasy owners. We'll be much more interested in the shifty and explosive Lamar Miller in fantasy drafts this summer.
