Match Your Abilities and Interests:

Chandler, AZ--Hamilton High School Stars using Football Drills to stay in Shape

You have to enjoy your training program or you probably won’t stick with it long enough to see results. Rather than picking a generic program or doing what your friends do, adjust your workout time and intensity so it fits your lifestyle. Adapt workout to your current fitness level and activites you like to do. Many students and people I train enjoy football. So we use agility drills and football excersises to make our work outs more enjoyable. If you apply your interests to your workouts it will allow you push yourself as needed. Most importantly, establish a couple fitness goals (i.e. weight loss, lift weights twice a week, increase bench ress repititions, etc.) From there find a workout routine that meets those personal goals. If you don’t know where to begin, working with a personal trainer is highly recommended. If you are a regular gym goer or excerciser it’s also a great way to fine tune your fitness plan.
