Bengals beat writer Joe Reedy doesn't expect the league to make a decision regarding RB Cedric Benson's 3-game suspension this week. Benson has a hearing today with the National Labor Relations Board to discuss his unfair labor practice charge. That's expected to drag out the appeal process. It looks like Ced-Ben will start Sunday's game against the Colts. Cincinnati is off Week 7, so RB Bernard Scott will need to wait until at least Week 8 to get his shot.
