The 49ers signed CB Carlos Rogers to a 1-year deal on Tuesday. The 30-year-old spent his 1st 6 seasons in Washington, 5 as a starter. He has never picked more than 2 passes in a season, though. Rogers is a solid cover man and replacement for Nate Clements. There’s no IDP upside here.
