The Rams added to their stable of RBs on Wednesday, signing free agent RB Cadillac Williams. Just yesterday, St. Louis inked Jerious Norwood to a 1-year deal. But this signing pushes the former Falcon down the depth chart, as Caddy brings a superior pass catching skill set to the table. While Williams figures to steal some 3rd down work, don’t expect his contribution to alter Steven Jackson’s high-end RB2 status. We’ve altered the projections of both Norwood and Williams.
