Bills WR Brad Smith (hip, hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Patriots. WR Derek Hagan will start in his place. Despite an ultra-favorable matchup, we wouldn’t bother with Hagan in fantasy leagues. WRs Stevie Johnson and David Nelson should dominate targets.
