Friday night the Buffalo Bills, the WNY Affiliate of Susan G. Komen and many others gathered at Niagara Falls, Ontario to “light the Falls pink” as part of the Billieve breast cancer awareness program.
Guests at the Falls lighting included Buffalo Bills players, members of the Bills Women’s Association, Buffalo Jills Cheerleaders, Team Mascot Billy Buffalo, members of The Niagara Falls Illumination Board and breast cancer survivors and supporters.
The Falls were pink in recognition of October being breast cancer awareness month.
Bills players at the event included quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, running back Fred Jackson, defensive tackle Kyle Williams, defensive end Dwan Edwards, long snapper Garrison Sanborn, safety Bryan Scott, safety Jairus Byrd, wide receiver David Nelson, defensive end Alex Carrington, offensive lineman Eric Wood.
