Jets OC Brian Schottenheimer recently raved about 4th-round rookie RB Bilal Powell. “You’re talking about an explosive runner that has great vision, great balance,” Schotty sai. “He’s a finisher. I think he had five or six runs over 50 yards [at Maryland last year.] A dynamic young back.” Powell will enter the 2011 season as New York’s 4th RB behind Shonn Greene, LaDainian Tomlinson, and Joe McKnight. He’s a longshot for any fantasy value this year but has the skill-set to eventually emerge as the team’s primary change-of-pace option behind Greene.
