Dallas’s six time Pro Bowl linebacker DeMarcus Ware will be one of the current and former Cowboys players hosting this year’s Taste of the NFL: The Ultimate Dallas Cowboys Tailgate Party. Other featured hosts and co -chairs for the evening include former Cowboy Preston Pearson and Chad Hennings.
Rob Jackson, NFL artist to the Pros, completed the “BeWare” painting of one of his clients, #94. This painting of the top linebacker will be up for auction at the Cowboys Taste of the NFL event this weekend. Jackson dropped the painting off to Valley Ranch earlier this week for Ware to sign for the event.
The tasting will take place this Sunday at the Omni Hotel in Dallas. It will feature gourmet food stations from top chefs including Abacus Executive Chef and proprietor Kent Rathbun. There will be a silent auction with more than $75,000 worth of items including this Rob Jackson exclusive. This party with a purpose will donate all proceeds to the North Texas Food Bank in order to fight hunger.
