Browns TE Ben Watson (concussion) has been medically-cleared, returned to practice on Friday, and will play against the 49ers this weekend. It's a big blow for owners hoping to use TE Evan Moore as a spot-starter this week. Both he and Watson are now just low-end TE2 options.
