Texans RB Ben Tate (groin) missed practice again on Thursday. He's looking iffy for Sunday's game against the Raiders. With RB Derrick Ward (ankle) also still out, Chris Ogbonnaya could be forced into the #2 RB spot. Arian Foster is in for a busy day.
