Titans MLB Barrett Ruud has been ruled out for the 2nd straight week because of a groin injury. That will give rookie Colin McCarthy his 2nd straight start and 3rd in 4 games. Don't expect Ruud to be relevant again unless some other team signs him to start next season (barring a McCarthy injury).
