Austin Collie back at practice

Colts WR Austin Collie (foot) returned to practice on Monday.  Barring a setback, he'll be on the field for Week 1.  He has a favorable matchup against the Texans, but without Peyton Manning under center, Collie is just a WR3.  Collie may be the Colt impacted most by Manning's absence.  Not a dominant physical threat, he relies on his timing and chemistry with Peyton.
