The Texans have ruled WR Andre Johnson (hamstring) out for Sunday's game against the Titans. The team was hoping he'd be able to get on the practice field this week, but he never did. It doesn't bode well for his chances of returning next weekend. Jacoby Jones and Kevin Walter will continue to start out wide.
