Adrian Peterson "no soreness" after first practice

Vikings RB Adrian Peterson reported "no soreness" in his surgically-repaired knee after his first full-squad practice on Wednesday.  "My workload was pretty light (Wednesday), but when I was out there on a couple of runs it felt pretty good," AP said.  "Didn’t feel any weakness or any soreness in the knee at all. Didn’t really get to pass protect as much, so I’m looking forward to doing that.”  More good news here for Peterson.  He was held out of the team’s preseason game on Friday night, but there’s a chance he sees the field next week.  We’re anxious to see how he looks in live game action.
