Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Ravens. He’s been medically-cleared, though, and put in a week of limited practices. Barring some sort of setback over the next 48 hours, he’ll be on the field for the AFC Championship.
