Bengals HC Marvin Lewis confirmed that WR A.J. Green (knee) is fully expected to be available for Week 11. "A.J. should be fine," Lewis said. Green underwent on MRI on Monday, which presumably came back clean. Barring a setback in practice this week, he'll be safe to get into fantasy lineups for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
