Andy Reid said Friday that starting quarterback Michael Vick, out the last three games with cracked ribs, could practice on Monday and that he might start when the team resumes play next Sunday at Miami according to John N. Mitchell of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
“I do,” Reid said when asked if he thought Vick would be available when the team practices on Monday. “In what role, we’ll see. But I think there is a pretty good chance. I want to see him throw the ball and really put torque on it for at least a handful or more than a handful of plays.”
Reid also raised some eyebrows when asked if he would go with Vince Young as the starter if Vick could not play at Miami.
