Detroit Lions QB Matt Stafford is in a walking boot with a sprained ankle today. Sources are reporting that it is believed to be no worse than a sprain, after an MRI on his knee and ankle on Monday. He will be getting a second opinion later in the week.
Head coach Jim Schwartz told the media on Monday that Stafford is “no more than day to day” with the injury.
