The Texans have signed K Shayne Graham. The 34-year-old hasn't had a consistent starting gig since 2009 but still sports an impressive 85.9% career FG conversion rate. Graham will compete with rookie Randy Bullock for Houston's starting job. The winner will be a solid fantasy option.
