Roy Helu has turf toe

Redskins HC Mike Shanahan announced that RB Roy Helu is dealing with turf toe.  That's a serious concern for a RB, especially one like Helu that relies on quickness and change-of-direction.  Helu has just 2 carries and 7 receptions in 3 games this season.  You never know when Shanahan will change his mind at RB, but Helu is only worth hanging on to in leagues with deep rosters.  Shahanah also revealed that RB Evan Royster has a minor knee injury.  RB Alfred Morris' starting job is as safe as it's going to get.
