FS Reggie Nelson reached a new 4-year deal with the Bengals on Sunday. The safety made multiple visits after free agency opened, including a meeting with the Jets. Ultimately, he'll return to the place where he enjoyed arguably his best pro season in 2011. He posted career highs in solo tackles, assists, sacks and pass breakups while adding 4 INTs. That made him a top-15 fantasy DB. Nelson has proved wildly inconsistent since bein drafted in Round 1 by the Jaguars, but we've at least been reminded of the upside. He should be drafted as an IDP starter in 2012.
