The NFL and NFLPA are meeting today in New York City, and a discussion of the New Orleans Saints pay-for-performance scandal is on the agenda, according to the NFL Network’s Albert Breer.
New NFLPA president Domonique Foxworth is in attendance, along with executive director DeMaurice Smith and player representatives Drew Brees and Scott Fuhita. NFLPA attorneys Richard Berthelsen and Heather McPhee, and outside counsel Richard Smith are also in attendance.
