The Redskins have released K Neil Rackers. He went just 1 of 2 on FGs this preseason. Unless they're planning on adding another K (Billy Cundiff?), Washington will roll with Graham Gano again this year. He hasn't attempted a FG this preseason and has connected on just 72% of his FGs over the past 2 seasons. You can do better for a fantasy starter.
