Marshawn Lynch could escape suspension

Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch believes he'll escape a suspension after his latest run-in with the law. Lynch's DUI falls under the league's substance abuse policy. His other incidents have been issues with the personal conduct policy. In general, the league has not handed down a suspension for a player's first DUI. Of course, Commissioner Goodell could make an exception here considering Lynch's off-field history. We're still expecting a suspension, but it's not a sure thing.
