Lee Evans not expected to play Week 10

Ravens WR Lee Evans (ankle) was able to practice all week, but HC John Harbaugh says there's only an "outside chance" that he plays against the Seahawks this weekend.  Evans is clearly getting closer to 100%, but the team is playing it safe, especially in a game they should be able to win easily without him.  Torrey Smith remains Baltimore's #2 WR.
