Kevin Kolb Considered Doubtful for Week 11

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports that Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (toe, foot) is considered doubtful to play against the 49ers this weekend. There have been no real tangible signs of progress. QB John Skelton will get another start, and he has been solid in relief of Kolb the past 2 weeks.
