Chiefs WR Jon Baldwin created a consistent buzz throughout the spring. That's continued early on in training camp. With WR Dwayne Bowe still a no-show, Baldwin has been excelling as the #1 receiver. "I walked away impressed with his playmaking potential," NFL.com's Bucky Brooks wrote after attending Chiefs camp. "Baldwin possesses the size, speed and athleticism to overwhelm defenders in isolated matchups, and he has started to figure out how to utilize his superior physical traits to dominate on the perimeter. Chiefs officials raved about his ability to make highlight catches appear routine." Baldwin certainly has the physical tools to post big-time numbers. And he reportedly looks much more comfortable in the offense this offseason. Our concerns are with Kansas City's QB play and run-first offense. Those issues may keep Baldwin from a true breakout campaign, but we do like him as a bench guy with upside.
