Joe Banner,formerly of the Eagles,has experience turing teams around. Banner was introduced today (Wed. October 17, 2012) as the CEO of the Cleveland Browns. He will help the new owner Jimmy Haslam III get the Browns into the winners circle.
With 19 years working with the Eagles and 12 seasons as the president, he is ready for a new team to energize. In Philly he helped take the Eagles to the playoffs 11 times and won 6 NFC East titles.
Bannet starts on Oct. 25 after Haslam’s finalizes his billion dollar purchase of the Browns from Randy Lerner.
