QB Jason Campbell has signed with the Bears. The move obviously turns him into Jay Cutler's backup. It's a surprisingly quick signing, considering the situation, for a guy who has started for 2 NFL teams. Campbell can certainly deliver more than Caleb Hanie, who stepped in after Cutler got hurt last year.
