Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles says he passed his concussion test on the sidelines after being knocked out of last night's game. The team has diagnosed him with a neck injury, but it doesn't sound serious. “I feel like I can still play,” Charles said afterwards. “I’m fine right now. I feel good. I came off the field pretty good. I feel like I could have gone back in, but they told me to relax.” Charles should be good for next Monday night's game against the Steelers.
