Jake Locker still the Titans’ starter

Titans HC Mike Munchak confirmed that the team will stick with Jake Locker as its starting QB.  Locker struggled mightily in Week 2, completing just 15 of 30 passes for 174 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT.  It was a big step back from a season-opening performance that saw him complete 72% of his throws for 229 yards with a TD and a pick.  Locker's accuracy has been inconsistent throughout the first 2 games, though, and he's not making plays downfield.  Getting a healthy Kenny Britt back will help.  And some semblance of a running game would be nice too.  Locker is worth hanging on to in fantasy leagues, but he shouldn't be in starting lineups at this point.
