Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Colts. It sounds like he's almost back to 100%, but the Titans are sticking with QB Matt Hasselbeck while he's getting Ws. We doubt that will continue for long, so look for Locker to be back under center within the next couple weeks. Hass remains just a QB2 in fantasy.
