Giants WR Hakeem Nicks (foot, knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns. He wasn't able to practice on Thursday, and it sounds like he hasn't made much progress over the past week. There's no timetable for his return. WR Domenik Hixon will start again this Sunday and makes a fine WR3 in a plus matchup.
